Tukkong USA represents the The Korean World Tukkong Association as the governing organization in North and South America. KWTA based in Seoul Korea, is governed by retired Military and Security professionals who’s experience and vision have allowed Tukkong “Special Attack Combat Method” to evolve into a Martial Science that is adaptable, meeting the requirements of today’s solider or civilian seeking a method to protect self and family.
WHAT IS TUKKONG?
Tukkong Moo Sul/ Do can best be described as the most advanced direct combat art, available to counter extreme violent attacks on the battlefield, or to defeat the street criminal that prey on innocent citizens.
South Korea President Park Jung issued a mandate that a martial art be developed for Korea’s Special Forces, which would be superior in all aspects to North Korea’s martial art Kuek Sul.
In 1978, Grandmaster Jang Su Ok (Master Instructor of the 27th Korea’s Army Special Forces Counter Terrorism Unit, Retired Colonel Lim Ung Hwan (South Korea Special Forces) and several other masters founded Tukkong Moo Sul.
Tukkong continues to evolve as a combat system and is being tested on today’s’ battlegrounds. The World Tukkong Association headed by President Lim ensures the integrity of this art. Currently South Korea’s Presidential Security to all other forms of martial art. Currently units of the renowned British SAS and “The Gurkhers are utilizing Tukkong.

KWTA USA is headed by Professor Bruce D. Goodwin Sr. a retired Federal Agent. (US Secret Service) professor Goodwin has been appointed by KWTA to establish Tukkong programs in North and South America.
Prof. Goodwin began training Forty five years ago in Korean Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do-Tang Soo, Do (Moo Doo Kwan), Um-Yang Soo, Tukkong Musul, and Dojunim Tukkong Mudo . He has demonstrated his art and conducted seminars in Latin America, Taiwan, Amman Jordan, and Seoul Korea.
The Korea World Tukkong Association Seoul Korea has supported Prof. Goodwin’s efforts create to Tukkong Moo Sool and Mudo curriculums that enhance the capabilities of Tukkong practitioners with varied special needs such as Anti Abduction Tactics for Todays Traveler, Special Civilian Personal Protection Skills, Bully Proofing, and Law Enforcement/Security Control Tactics.
Finally, Prof. Goodwin is a counter-terrorism expert, teaching counter ambush and motorcade tactics, protective operations, evasive driving, and operator tactics to those professionals in the security world.
